How much did it earn during its opening weekend?
Chhaya Kadam, Karan Sonawane, and Neel Salekar starrer made a slow start at the box office, bringing only 22 lakh on Friday. Tables turned on day 2, as it collected 57 lakh. According to Sacnilk, Bhootam Bhayyam showcased another 21% jump on day 3, as it added 69 lakh more to the kitty.
The cumulative total in India stands at 1.48 crore net. Bhootam Bhayyam is made on a reported budget of 4 crore. It recovered 37% of the estimated investments during the opening weekend. It is now to be seen how well it holds the fort on Monday.
