During the 2023 Austria Grand Prix, Max Verstappen the Dutch driver was absolutely flying with a 24s lead over Charles Leclerc’s Ferrari, on lap 69 Verstappen engineer suggest to slow down but Verstappen refused & asked for a soft tyres compound to set the fastest lap of the race & maximize points. On the last lap (71/71) Verstappen didn’t not just win but even set the fastest lap making other feels embarrassed of themselves.
