Rosalía Sings Bad Bunny’s “Safaera” at Monterrey Concert

Rosalía gave Bad Bunny’s “Safaera” an impromptu rendition during her “LUX Tour” concert in Monterrey, Mexico, on Wednesday night, singing part of the track while pouring herself a shot of tequila onstage.
The moment came as Rosalía sat at the piano ahead of “Sauvignon Blanc,” In a nod to Mexico, she swapped the bottle of white wine typically used during the segment for tequila before breaking into the YHLQMDLG track, with the crowd joining her for its opening lines.“Safaera,” released in 2020, features Jowell & Randy and Ñengo Flow alongside Bad Bunny.
Rosalía and Bad Bunny previously teamed up on “La Noche de Anoche,” from the Puerto Rican’s 2020 album El Último Tour del Mundo. The Spaniard had previously performed the collaboration during the opening night of the “LUX Tour” in Lyon, France before later removing it from the setlist.
