McLaren Is Selling Five F1 Cars Driven by Senna, Hamilton & Norris — Brad Pitt Drove One at 197 MPH

McLaren is selling five of its own Formula 1 cars — including Senna-era V12s and the 2023 car Brad Pitt drove at 197 mph.

McLaren Racing is offering five fully functioning Formula 1 cars from its own Heritage Collection, sold individually through Tom Hartley Jnr (announced October 18, 2026). The cars: two 1991 MP4/6A Honda V12s (chassis 04 and 07) raced by Gerhard Berger and tested by Ayrton Senna in his final title season; the 2012 MP4/27A (chassis 01) raced by Jenson Button and tested by Lewis Hamilton, which set the fastest lap at the 2012 Indian Grand Prix; Lando Norris’s 2021 MCL35M (chassis 01), a podium finisher at Imola, Monaco and Monza; and Norris’s 2023 MCL37A (chassis 03), second at Singapore and Japan back-to-back and later driven at Austin by Brad Pitt during his F1: The Movie work, reportedly at 197 mph — described by the seller as the most modern F1 car ever offered to a private buyer. Every car has remained in McLaren’s custody since it last raced, and McLaren will prepare each one for its new owner. No official prices have been published; press estimates run £5–10 million per car.
