Every Abu Dhabi GP Since 2021 Added Up: Most Points Wins #F1 #Formula1 #AbuDhabiGP #Verstappen

Who has scored the most Formula 1 points at Abu Dhabi? A viewer asked, so we added up every Grand Prix at Yas Marina since the circuit was re-laid out for 2021 – five races, 2021 to 2025 – all scored on today’s points system.

The cars run round Yas Marina as their points build up. A full lap would be 125 points, which is what winning all five races would have scored, so how far round the lap a car has got shows its Abu Dhabi points total.

Max Verstappen is well clear on 108 points. He won four of the five races – 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2025 – and was sixth in 2024, the one year Lando Norris won, and he led after every race. Norris and Charles Leclerc are tied for second on 64; Norris ranks ahead on countback because he has a win. Carlos Sainz and George Russell are next on 45 each.

And the twist: the driver leading the 2026 championship going into the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, Kimi Antonelli, has no Abu Dhabi points. His only race there so far, in 2025, finished outside the points.

Scope and method: the five Grands Prix held on the current Yas Marina layout (2021-2025), scored 25-18-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1 with no fastest-lap point, as in 2026. Ties split on countback. Distance round the lap = points / 125 of the official 5,281 m lap. Cars on the map: every driver on 14 points or more; the table ranks all 17 scorers. Drivers with a 2026 race seat are in their 2026 team colours; drivers without one (on the map, Tsunoda) are in grey.
