According to estimates, DC collected 1.62 crore across all languages in India on day 16. It saw 47% growth on the third Saturday. The screen count improved from 994 to 1,047, providing a good boost to Arun Matheswaran’s directorial. The hold is good despite stiff competition from Vishwanath And Sons.
The total box office collection in India reaches 64.21 crore net. Against a budget of 25 crore, Wamiqa Gabbi and Sanjana Krishnamoorthy co-starrer has registered 156% profits in India. It is a super-hit, with a gross total of 75.76 crore in 16 days!
