AUDI MAY HAVE ONE OF F1’S MOST UNDERRATED DRIVER LINEUPS
Audi’s entry into Formula 1 brings together two drivers from completely different stages of their careers: experienced veteran Nico Hülkenberg and rising star Gabriel Bortoleto. Both have something to prove—and their backgrounds suggest they could be a seriously dangerous combination if Audi delivers a competitive car.
Hülkenberg has spent much of his F1 career extracting impressive results from machinery that simply wasn’t capable of fighting at the front. His career has included standout performances across multiple categories, with his 2010 Brazilian GP pole remaining one of the most memorable qualifying laps of the modern era.
Then there’s Bortoleto. 👀🔥 Before even reaching F1, he conquered the junior ladder by winning the 2023 Formula 3 and 2024 Formula 2 championships. That kind of back-to-back success is rare, yet he entered F1 without receiving the same massive spotlight as some of his fellow young talents.
Now Audi has a fascinating mix of experience and potential. 🇩🇪🏁
The real question isn’t whether these drivers have ability—it’s whether Audi can build a car good enough to finally let them show it. 🔥
