Brighton, is recognised for its beach, its diversity, and the unmistakable Brighton Pier.
Known to some as Silicon Beach, Brighton also has a history of innovators in the immersive technology space.

Dash Games is a social mobile game platform by James Burford and Francisco Furtado. It’s backed by Concept Ventures, PRO Founders Capital, The Games Angels and Sisu Game Ventures. The company has raised $2.49 million (£1.88 million) so far, with the most recent funding in 2025.
Sampl Technologies Ltd

Sector: Retail technology
Sampl specialises in digital product sampling for brands. Though Sampl is unfunded at the time of writing, bouncewatch says that it’s in a growing market with potential for venture capital investment.
