Freida Pinto finds paparazzi scary

Freida Pinto has spoken about the media interest around her since the success of Slumdog Millionaire.

In an interview with The Daily Telegraph, the actress pointed to a building opposite her London hotel and suggested that it was not impossible for photographers to be stationed there.

Pinto said: "That would be strange, if the paparazzi got up there. But you know what, it is possible."

The 26-year-old star added: "In LA you hear all these stories of people being filmed in their own homes through their windows. I think that is so scary."

Pinto, who is in allegedly in a relationship with former co-star Dev Patel, reflected on the hype around her since her Oscar-winning debut.

The former model confirmed: "The paparazzi were always on the chase."
